GUIDELINES FOR THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS
TO STUDENTS ADMITTED INTO
THE 11th BATCH OF P.G.D.I.R.M., 2008-09
There will be a maximum of 6 scholarships (when the total student enrolment is 55 to 60) to be awarded on the basis of merit. Students appearing at the entrance examination of PGDIRM program will be ranked according to merit on the basis of combined performance at written examination and micro presentation.
The number of scholarships awarded will depend upon the number of meritorious candidates available from the list not exceeding six in number.
The decision of the Institute in regard to the award of scholarships is final.
Of the maximum number of scholarships of six, two scholarships are awarded to the top two students in the meritorious category. They will be given a remission of 50% of the total tuition fees of Rs. 60,000/-.
The next 4 students in the meritorious category will be awarded scholarship, granting a remission of 25% of the aggregate fee of Rs. 60,000/-.
The award of the
scholarships will be announced after all the students pay the fees or at least
the first installment fee of
Rs. 40,000/- and the class is formed.
Only those students who are
admitted into the class and have paid the total fee or at least first
installment fee of
Rs. 40,000/- along with admission of fee of Rs. 5,000/- are eligible to
receive the scholarship.
